Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and fostering long-lasting relationships with businesses across Georgia. Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Job Type: Vake, Full-Time
Responsibilities:
** Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
** Understand client needs and present tailored CRM solutions
** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
** Demonstrate and communicate the value of monday.com to clients
** Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
** Proven experience in sales, preferably in telemarketing, CRM, or technology solutions
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
** Native English speaker is a plus; knowledge of additional languages like German or French is highly desirable
** Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach
** Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly monday.com, is an advantage
