Paint Takeoff Estimator
Requirements:
** Paint estimation experience (Experience estimating all aspects of paint including walls, trims, door ceiling and other relevant areas)
** Knowledge of AutoCAD
** Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
** Proficiency in English
** Ability to read technical drawings
** Ability to work Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM EST
The following will be an advantage: Knowledge of professional programs (Bluebeam Revu / Planswift)
Main Job Responsibilities:
** Accurately estimate the cost of paint projects, considering labor, materials, and time requirements
** Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to create comprehensive paint estimates
** Creating summaries, RFIs, updating projects when needed, etc
** Directly communicating with client/their representatives, following up on project status, changes and updates.
** Ensure estimates are completed within deadlines and meet the accuracy standards
