LLC Tegeta Motors is looking for highly motivated and experienced Tech HR Business Partner.
We`re on the lookout for an experienced Tech HR Business Partner to support our tech team. If you`re passionate about driving people strategies in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!
What You`ll Do:
** Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
** Partner with tech leaders to identify and address HR needs.
** Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
** Manage budgeting for HR-related projects and initiatives.
** Design and implement employee motivational schemes to enhance engagement and retention.
** Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
** Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
** Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
** Develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills.
** Lead the development of employee motivational schemes to foster a high-performance culture.
** Conduct personal appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth.
** Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top tech talent.
** Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
** Support organizational change initiatives and culture transformation.
Ideal Candidate:
** 2+ years of HR experience in a technology-focused organization. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
** Proactive approach to employee relations and performance improvement.
** Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
