Medical Curator Provides an elevated level of customer service while serving as the primary point of contact for intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors throughout their surrogacy journey, collaborates and coordinates across our interdisciplinary teams and with our partners to facilitate the smoothest possible experience for our clients.
Desired Background:
** Bachelor`s degree in medical field is highly desired, but not must;
** Prior experience in medical, pharma or related field is highly desired, but not must;
** Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload;
** Strategic thinking and adaptability to unforeseen situations;
** Strong spoken and written communication skills in Russian is a must;
** Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements;
** Experience performing complex clerical duties, such as database management, financial record keeping, monitoring budget.
Key Responsibilities:
** Provide Internal clients with high-quality and timely curation at all stages.
** Oversee and support SM/ED at all stages until the final result .
** Monitoring arrivals, ultrasounds, examinations, tests, and registration.
** Overseeing medical examinations, treatments, and collecting medical histories.
** Preparing the data and documents for forming the budget for internal clients (including calculation for SM/ED).
** Scheduling appointments for tests at our clinics and laboratories. Optimizing travel expenses.
** Ensuring ongoing expense analysis. Monitoring and calculating expenses with hospitals, maternity hospitals, laboratories, notaries.
Qualifications:
** Empathy and understanding of the surrogacy journey
** Excellent communication and customer service skills
** Experience in case management
** Familiarity with insurance processes and documentation
** Ability to work independently
** Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
** The demonstrated ability to elicit and synthesize complex medical and scientific information to create articulate and compelling cases for support.
** Demonstrated ability to remain calm, professional and to maintain a cheerful outlook in the workplace.
