Smart Choice is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team! If you are passionate about social media, love creating engaging content, we want you on board! You will be responsible for managing our TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram pages for our companies, driving our brand`s online presence, and engaging with our growing community of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop, manage, and execute a content strategy for Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok that aligns with the our brands goals.
** Create fun, engaging, and shareable content that promotes the our services, events, and communities.
** Plan and schedule regular posts, stories, reels, and videos to keep our followers informed and entertained.
** Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, particularly in the fitness industry, and implement new ideas to keep the content fresh and relevant.
** Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content, and adjust strategies accordingly.
** Coordinate occasional social media promotions, giveaways, or challenges to increase engagement and membership.
Qualifications:
** Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably for a fitness or lifestyle brand.
** Strong creative skills with an eye for detail, design, and storytelling.
** Experience creating and editing photos and videos, particularly for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
** Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for maximizing engagement.
** Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
** Passion for fitness and understanding of gym culture is a plus.

Work Time: 20-25 hours per week. (80% remote work, 20% on site)
