Due to the rapid development of the company and the opening of new stores, we are looking for an HR Manager who will join our team.

Working Conditions:

** Work Schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
** Work Days: Monday-Friday
** Location: Nutsubidze Street, Tbilisi

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

** Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
** Lead the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
** Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

** Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
** Foster a positive work environment by organizing team-building activities and promoting employee engagement.
** Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and consistency in the application of company policies.

Performance Management:

** Design and implement performance management systems, including regular performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
** Work with managers to set clear performance expectations and help employees achieve their goals.
Training and Development:
** Identify training needs and create professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
** Organize training sessions and workshops to address specific skill gaps.

Compensation and Benefits:

** Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
** Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks.
** Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.

HR Policy and Compliance:

** Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
** Regularly review and update HR policies to align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
** Maintain accurate employee records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Qualifications:

** Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
** At least 3 years of experience in an HR role, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial position.
** Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and regulations.
** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
** Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
** Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

** Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
** Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
