UHY International Established in 1986 and based in London, is a leading network of independent accounting and consulting firms with offices in over 320 major business centres across more than 99 countries.
Responsibilities:
** Participation in tax consulting projects to large Georgian and foreign companies in different industries;
** Participation in tax review and tax due diligence of companies (including pre-investment review) covering all types of taxes;
** Preparing engagement letters (contracts), memoranda, reports and other deliverables (under the supervision of the department manager);
** Preparing proposals to clients (under the supervision of the department manager);
Requirements:
** A university degree in Economics or related field;
** Good writing skills (formulating and conveying ideas correctly);
** At least one year of work experience (Preference will be given to working experience in the field of tax and audit);
** Knowledge of accounting principles;
** Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
** Knowledge of tax legislation will be preferred;
** Good logical and analytical skills
** Attention to details and readiness to work under tight deadlines;
** Good communication skills and teamwork skills;
** Knowledge of English will be preferred.
