Position: Sales Lead
Type: Full-time, On-Site, Tbilisi - Chavchavadze Avenue.

About Spinoman:

Spinoman is a leading free-to-play social casino where players can enjoy a variety of online casino games with virtual coins. We leverage user gameplay data to market partner casinos and earn revenue through CPA and revenue share models. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to negotiate with the various industry brands to work as an affiliates.

Responsibilities:

** Identify and target potential partners and brands for traffic sales.
** Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in eah industry.
** Negotiate and close deals with brands, focusing on CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and revenue share agreements.
** Present and promote Spinoman`s value proposition, traffic capabilities, and user demographics and behavior to prospective clients.
** Collaborate with the marketing and analytics teams to ensure delivery of quality traffic and achievement of client goals.
** Monitor and analyze the performance of traffic deals, providing clients with regular reports and insights.
** Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
** Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build and expand professional networks.

Qualifications:

** Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the iGaming industry
** Past experience working in social casino or as affiliate manager in bigger size affiliate partner program
** Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful deals.
** Excellent understanding of CPA and revenue share models.
** Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
** Ability to analyze data and present insights to clients.
** Strong organizational and project management skills.
** Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
