Glocal Solutions Consulting is Looking for Crypto Exchange Cashier-Operator for Partner Company
Location: Hualing Plaza, Tbilisi
Work Type: Onsite, Office
Position: Crypto Exchange Cashier-Operator
Working Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Working Type: Shift Based/Standard Hours (10 am - 6 pm)
Salary: Fix Salary (net GEL 1000) + Monthly Bonus
As a Crypto Exchange Cashier, you work as a part of the team to provide a professional customer service experience to all our customers, ensuring that you understand the Crypto Exchange System and support your team and customers on a daily basis.
The job holder will be required to cover shifts in the absence of other branch cashiers.
Role details:
** Ensure all customers are served in a competent, efficient, and friendly manner.
** Provide information to customers regarding available promotions, policies and procedures related to transactions.
** Support the Team leader and Senior Cashier to promote the branch in your local area.
** Buying and selling crypto currencies.
** Perform KYC, checking customer documents and uploading on the company`s operating system.
** Providing customer support as well as sorting out problems.
** Scan and upload receipts.
** Follow all the company`s money transfer procedures.
** Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of the shifts to ensure that amounts are correct, making sure enough change will be available.
** At the end of the day balance the tills.
** Complete the cashier payslip daily.
** Other ad hoc duties as directed by your line manager.
Essential work skills:
** Fluent in Georgian and English or Russian;
** Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
** 1 year of money handling experience will be a plus;
** Be able to work independently as well as part of a team;
** Work calmly under pressure;
** Good in numeracy and computer Skills;
** Being attentive and patient;
** Flexible;
** Act professionally;
** Have good time management skill;
** Knowledge of the product;
** Willingness to learn.
