Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
** Respond to received messages and update client details in the database. Create WhatsApp groups and add relevant operators.
** Monitoring and Follow-Ups: Conduct weekly monitoring and follow-ups on WhatsApp.
** Engage with clients via text and phone calls for updates and support.
** Sales Support: In exceptional cases, create travel packages and sell them to clients.
** Social Media Management: Post stories on Instagram and Facebook. Assist the Marketing
** Manager with content-related tasks for social media as needed.
Requirements:
** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using
** WhatsApp for business communication. Experience with Instagram and Facebook story creation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Main requirements:
** At least 3 months of experience in a similar field
** Experience in tourism (preferred)
** Knowledge of the English language at the communication level (B2, C1)
