Job Description:
As the Marketing Project Manager (Events Manager), you will be at the forefront of creating captivating events that leave a lasting impact. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee the end-to-end Projects in the event management direction, ensuring seamless execution and remarkable results. Responsibilities:
** Take a lead role in SPRIBE`s event participation worldwide, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional experiences.
** Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
** Coordinate the recruitment and coordination of promo personnel to enhance the brand presence at events.
** Oversee the management of the stand bar, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
** Source and negotiate with DJs to create an engaging atmosphere at events.
** Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective stand building.
** Research and identify potential sponsorships and manage relationships with sponsors.
** Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative event concepts to bring fresh ideas to our events.
Requirements:
** Proven experience as a Marketing Project manager/Event Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
** Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
** Strong attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of an event is executed flawlessly.
** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
** Proficiency in budgeting and cost management to achieve maximum ROI.
** A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to events.
** Flexibility to travel internationally and work evenings and weekends as required.
** A passion for delivering exceptional event experiences and a drive to exceed expectations.
