Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at SPRIBE, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and impactful designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to the target audience. You will work closely with the marketing and development teams to design and produce various marketing collateral, website graphics, user interfaces, and other visual assets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, strong design skills, and the ability to effectively translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
Responsibilities:
** Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
** Create visually appealing designs for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, website graphics, social media assets, infographics, presentations, and more.
** Develop and maintain the brand identity by adhering to established brand guidelines and visual standards.
** Ensure consistency in design across different platforms and mediums, maintaining a cohesive brand image.
** Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing materials.
** Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and stay ahead of the curve.
** Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines.
** Provide input and feedback on design projects, participating in design reviews and offering suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
** Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
** Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
** Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
** Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
** Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
** Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
** Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
