Department: Finance
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Deadline: June 14th, 2024
Key Responsibilities:
** Collection of primary documentation (invoices, VAT invoices, Act of acceptance, Comparison acts) and record in software.
** Receive financial documentation (transportation bill, VAT invoices at RS.ge)
** Check debtors and creditors of the company/perform reconciliations.
** Participate in inventarisation when required.
** Perform other accounting operations as required by the Company.
** Performing activity-related tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
** Office programs and good knowledge of Excel.
** Experience in working with SAP program is desirable.
** Good knowledge of Russian or English languages.
** Attention to detail.
** Ability to communicate effectively.
** Ability to easily adapt to a new environment.
** High sense of responsibility.
** Ability to work to meet deadlines.
** Team worker.
