A highly regarded Italian restaurant in Vera / Vake is looking for a Demichef or Chef de Partie.
The primary job for this position is to help with the Cold Section and preparations, including fresh pasta. This person would be also asked to help with the hot station when restaurant is busy. Some kitchen experience is appreciated, but not mandatory.
We will consider any highly motivated and energetic individuals for this position. Working with Chef Enzo will give an opportunity to learn from an Italian and international chef with 25 years of experience worldwide. 5 days a week. 9 hours a day with break. Staff food, benefits. Good working environment.
