Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist at Planet Fiber LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our customer base and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your goal is to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
** Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
** Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
** Build and maintain strong client relationships.
** Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
** Stay updated with Planet Fiber`s products and industry trends.
** Provide clients with accurate product information.
** Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
** Negotiate contracts and close deals.
** Work with marketing on promotional campaigns.
** Collaborate with technical support for smooth service delivery.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
** Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
** Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
** Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
** Fluency in English and Georgian; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
