Key Responsibilities:
** Drafting legal documents such as contracts, acceptance acts, letters, and powers of attorney.
** Representing the company`s interests in negotiations related to contractual relationships.
** Liaising with various administrative bodies, including the Public Registry.
** Developing and revising the company`s foundational documents, including statutes and meeting minutes.
** Analyzing legislative updates and legal precedents.
** Providing legal advice to the company`s employees;
** Performing various legal functions and duties as assigned.
** Developing and editing of the company`s contractual standards (drafts) and legal procedures and instructions;
Requirements:
** Higher legal education (master`s degree is preferred);
** Not less than 3 years of work experience in a legal field (work experience in a construction/development company is preferred);
** Knowledge of civil and administrative legislation of Georgia;
** Experience working on legal documents in English;
** Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal;
** Knowledge of Russian language is preferred.
** Strong command of Microsoft office programs.

** Strong problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise and to find solutions.
** Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
