We`re looking for a talented IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia, and support all York Holding Group locations across the world. Position Overview: As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our internal staff seeking technical assistance. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues, installing and configuring computer systems and applications, and providing timely resolution to IT-related problems. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining our IT infrastructure and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

** Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Specialist or similar role
** Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
** Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT security
** Excellent communication and customer service skills
** Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
** IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus

Requirements:

** Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
** Operating Systems: Proficient in working with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux. Experience with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) is a plus.
** Software Applications: Strong familiarity with a range of business software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and web browsers. Experience with specialized industry software may be advantageous.
** Hardware Knowledge: Solid understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals. Ability to perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs as needed.
** Networking Concepts: Basic knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Understanding of network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
** Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users and provide empathetic support.
** Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Capacity to identify root causes of technical issues and implement effective solutions.
** Documentation: Proficient in maintaining accurate records and documentation of IT support activities. Ability to create clear and concise user guides and knowledge base articles.
** Time Management: Efficient multitasking and prioritization skills to handle multiple support requests concurrently and meet established SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
** Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are preferred but not required.
** Minimum of 2 years` experience within a desktop support or IT Help Desk role is required.
