Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief executive officer at "HEAL". As the Chief executive officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of "HEAL". You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, enhance patient experience, and ensure the highest quality of service for international patients seeking medical treatment in Tbilisi; Finding the target audience abroad; Attending international congresses; organizing medical visits for foreign patients in Georgia.
Qualifications:
** Master degree in business administration
** Working experience in a managerial position
** Experience of working in a medical institution is desirable
** Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
** Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities
** Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
** Ability to build and maintain relationships with international partners
** Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
