We are currently seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to oversee our team of Finance Operators. The successful candidate will have substantial knowledge, understanding and experience in Accounting and Finance as well as personnel management
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage and review the work of finance operators remotely, plan reconciliations of accounts, attend weekly online meetings on Tuesdays.
** Prepare Financial Reports monthly and reconciliation and special reports as required, oversee accurate reporting of transactions across the financial workforce, recommending improvements to work flow, ensure that the balances of the general ledger control accounts perfectly correspond to the composite balances of the individual accounts within the subsidiary ledgers
Professional Qualifications:
** Advanced expertise in managing complex general ledgers, subsidiary ledgers, and control accounts
** Comprehensive understanding of double-entry accounting principles, ensuring that total debits consistently equal total credits across all generated splits
** Experience in managing financial operations
** Proven ability to oversee high-stakes, multi-currency, and cryptocurrency asset movements.
