Fanclave is building a platform that allows creators to monetize their audience directly through Telegram. The product is live and the core system is in place. What is missing is consistent creator acquisition and execution. This role focuses on driving that growth and turning outreach into real results.
This role is for someone who takes ownership and works independently. You will deal with incomplete systems, test different approaches and improve what works. You are comfortable handling outreach, managing conversations and pushing leads toward activation.
Position: Creator Growth & Acquisition Manager
What you`ll do
** Identify and reach out to OnlyFans creators and similar profiles across platforms
** Manage outreach conversations, follow-ups and onboarding processes
** Convert leads into active creators on the platform
** Improve acquisition workflows, messaging and simple funnels
** Test and optimize different outreach and growth strategies
You should have
** Experience in outbound sales, lead generation or customer acquisition
** Strong communication skills in English across written and verbal channels
** Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups consistently
** Confidence in approaching and converting people online
** Ability to work independently in a remote environment
You`ll stand out if
** Experience working with OnlyFans creators or similar platforms
** Understanding of creator monetization and digital business models
** Familiarity with Telegram or alternative traffic channels
** Experience with high-volume outreach or automation tools
What success looks like
** Creators are onboarded consistently and become active
