Dayton is seeking a motivated, ambitious, and strategically minded professional as a Broker & General Manager to help lead and develop its Auto Transport Brokerage in the car hauling industry.
We are not simply looking for experience on a resume.
We are looking for a person with strong communication skills, leadership potential, business awareness, and the motivation to take ownership, solve problems, and contribute to the growth of a developing company.
While industry experience is valuable, it is not the deciding factor. We believe that driven, capable people with the right mindset can learn an industry much faster than they can learn ambition, responsibility, and strategic thinking.
About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to become a key part of a growing U.S.-based operation.
The selected candidate will work closely with company leadership, contribute to the development of brokerage operations, support business growth initiatives, help improve internal processes, and play an important role in shaping the future of the company.
This is a leadership-oriented position with significant responsibility and long-term growth potential.
Working Schedule
** Monday - Friday
** 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Tbilisi Time)
Compensation: Compensation is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate`s qualifications, potential, experience, and overall value they can bring to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
** Support and develop brokerage operations
** Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers, customers, and industry partners
** Participate in business development and sales activities
** Coordinate operational processes and ensure service quality
** Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improvement
** Assist in developing internal procedures and operational standards
** Resolve day-to-day challenges and support decision-making processes
** Contribute ideas, initiatives, and strategic thinking to support company growth
Ideal Candidate:
** Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
** Strong communication, sales, and negotiation abilities
** Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
** Highly motivated and goal-oriented
** Organized, accountable, and capable of managing responsibilities independently
** Leadership mindset and willingness to take initiative
** Experience in transportation, logistics, brokerage, dispatch, operations, or sales is considered an advantage, but is not required
** Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
