As a Data Analyst, you will play an integral role within our team, delivering data-driven insights into customer behaviors and uncovering valuable product opportunities to empower Aviator Studio`s Commercial teams.
Job Description:
Position: Data Analyst
Location: Tbilisi, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
** Extract and manipulate vast, complex datasets from a data warehouse;
** Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the extraction process;
** Utilize advanced analytical techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights;
** Conduct ad-hoc analyses and create automated reports, alerts, and subscriptions to address immediate business needs;
** Design and build interactive, visually appealing dashboards and reports using Tableau.
What We`re Looking For:
** Solid working experience in a similar position;
** Proficiency in writing well-optimized queries, including subqueries, with a strong understanding of databases;
** Proven experience with Power BI or Tableau (experience with Tableau is a strong plus);
** Fluent in English, both verbal and written;
** Keen attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets;
** Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify issues, explore solutions, and implement improvements quickly;
** Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines;
** Clear communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
