Zorba & Bond Boutique Hotel is looking for a dedicated and professional Reception Team Member to join our team in Tbilisi.

Job Responsibilities:
** Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
** Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
** Managing guest communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms
** Providing information about hotel services and local attractions
** Handling payments and billing procedures
** Ensuring a high standard of hospitality and customer service at all times
Requirements:
** Mandatory: Proficiency in Georgian & English
** Russian language will be considered an asset
** Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
** Strong communication and organizational skills
** A team player with a customer-oriented mindset
** Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Salary: 1100 GEL + bonuses
