Bravo Solutions is looking for an experienced VIP Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value players, ensuring a premium and personalized experience that drives long-term loyalty and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

** Manage and develop relationships with VIP players through personalized, high-touch communication
** Deliver a tailored and premium customer experience at all times
** Monitor player activity and proactively engage to drive retention and lifetime value
** Plan and execute bonuses, rewards, and exclusive offers based on player behavior
** Handle escalations and resolve VIP-related issues with priority and discretion
** Collaborate with internal teams (support, payments, marketing) to optimize the VIP journey
** Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation
** Track performance and report on VIP activity, trends, and KPIs

Requirements:

** Experience in VIP management within crypto, fintech, or iGaming
** Understanding of online casino operations, player behavior, and retention strategies
** Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
** Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze player activity and make informed decisions
** High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer-centric thinking
** Flexible availability aligned with VIP player activity
