Role Main Responsibilities:
** Take in-room dining orders via phone or system accurately
** Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly
** Set up trays/tables according to hotel standards
** Explain menu items and respond to guest requests politely
** Ensure order accuracy and presentation quality
** Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service
** Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols
** Fulfills any other tasks (within the scope of responsibility) assigned by the Management
Required Skills/Abilities:
** Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
** Good verbal communication skills in English, Georgian and preferably another international language.
Can multi-task, is team oriented
** Attention to details.
** Excellent Interpersonal skills.
** Experience of working in International Environment preferable
