About Tbilisi Edition

Tbilisi Edition is a design focused boutique hotel in Tbilisi, offering stylish rooms, a private spa experience, and high quality guest service. We are looking for a responsible, professional, and revenue minded team member who can help manage daily hotel operations and create an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, reservations, guest communication, housekeeping coordination, restaurant and spa coordination, and overall service quality.

Main responsibilities include:

** Managing daily hotel operations and ensuring smooth communication between departments
** Handling guest check in, check out, requests, complaints, and special situations professionally
** Monitoring reservations, OTA bookings, room availability, prices, and occupancy
** Supporting revenue growth by helping sell rooms, spa services, restaurant services, tours, and minibar products
** Making sure guests receive excellent service from arrival to departure
** Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, ready, and presented according to hotel standards
** Monitoring guest reviews and helping improve hotel ratings on Booking.com, Google, and other platforms
** Preparing daily reports for management, including occupancy, revenue, guest issues, and operational updates
** Ensuring hotel rules, staff discipline, and service standards are followed
** Helping solve problems quickly and responsibly, especially during busy periods
** Maintaining a professional, calm, and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel

Requirements:

** Previous experience in hotel operations, front office, reservations, or hospitality management
** Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline
** Excellent communication skills with guests and team members
** Good English is required. Georgian and Russian are strong advantages
** Experience with Booking.com and other OTA platforms is preferred
** Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
** Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction
** Honest, reliable, and available when needed
** Sales oriented mindset, especially for rooms, spa, restaurant, and additional services
** Basic computer skills and ability to work with hotel systems
