Position Summary:
Supports the effective operation of Human Resources by assisting management and the leadership team in employee relations, recruitment compliance, and HR processes. Acts as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and confidentiality. Supports a positive workplace culture and ensures compliance with company standards and applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
** Support and monitor employee relations matters, including follow-up and resolution
** Assist management with hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and discipline
** Ensure recruitment and hiring practices comply with legal and company standards
** Maintain accurate employee records and required documentation
** Respond to employee and management inquiries related to HR policies and programs
** Support employee surveys, communications, and HR administrative activities
** Promote safety, confidentiality, professionalism, and teamwork across the property.
Preferred Qualifications:
** High school diploma or GED
** At least 1 year of related HR experience
** At least 1 year of supervisory experience
