We are looking for a Customer Support/Account Manager to help us carry on our customers and communicate the issues within the teams.
You will support clients working with a product content syndication platform (Icecat Hexagon), helping them manage product data flows and resolve issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
** Communicate with clients (French market) via email and support system (Freshdesk)
** Process incoming requests and issues
** Create and manage internal tickets for TechOps and Editorial teams
** Follow up on tasks and ensure timely responses to clients
** Work with product data (Excel feeds, content updates, basic validation)
** Support onboarding of new products and updates
** Escalate complex issues when needed
** Maintain clear communication on status and timelines
Skills / Experience Requirements:
** Fluent French (B2-C1, both written and spoken)
** Good English (for internal communication)
** Strong communication skills
** Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
** Attention to detail
** Comfortable working with Excel / structured data
** Basic technical understanding is a plus
This role involves a significant amount of operational and repetitive tasks (tickets, data updates), so attention to detail and consistency are important.
