Levels Academy is a Cambridge partner modern English language center in Tbilisi with two locations and a growing community of students.
Our academy provides a wide range of courses, including General and Business English, conversation-focused classes, and preparation for international exams such as IELTS, FCE/CAE, and TOEFL.
English Language Academy - Levels is currently seeking qualified Georgian and native speaker teachers of English as a second language.
The candidates should be confident in teaching both adults and young learners across all proficiency levels, from Beginner to Advanced.
Working Conditions:
** Fixed monthly salary from September through May
** Performance-based payment during June, July, and August
** 8-hour working schedule per day
** Including 6.5 hours of teaching
Monthly Net Salary:
** 2 working days per week (8 days per month): 1000-1200 GEL
** 3 working days per week (12 days per month): 1500-1800 GEL
** 5 working days per week (20 days per month): 2500-3000 GEL
General Duties:
** Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to different age groups and levels
** Conducting both group and one-to-one lessons (individual)
** Preparing teaching materials and handouts
** Managing the classroom effectively
** Maintaining discipline
** Creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment
Qualification Requirements:
** Minimum 2 year of teaching experience
Required Skills:
** Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
** Good organizational and time management skills
** Ability to work independently and as part of a team
** Creative and positive teaching approach
