Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie - Pastry Kitchen to join our dynamic culinary team in Sairme Resort Bagdati Municipality. In this role, you will take ownership of the Pastry kitchen operations, showcasing your expertise in preparing and presenting Hot dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.
Key responsibilities:
** Creating new and modern exciting desserts
** Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
** Able to develop, design, or create new ideas and items for Pastry Kitchen.
** Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful
** Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within Budget.
** Guide and motivate pastry staff to work more efficiently.
** Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
** Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
** Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety standards.
Qualifications:
** Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts is preferred.
** Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
** Strong creative and artistic skills with a passion for pastry and dessert creation.
** Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
** Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Required requirement: knowledge of a foreign language (English, Russian, etc.)
