Advantour is a travel company that organizes tours across the Caucasus. We are looking for a creative and proactive SMM Specialist to help us grow and promote our social media channels.
Responsibilities:
** Managing and developing the company`s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.);
** Creating content plans;
** Shooting and editing short videos, including drone footage, for Reels and Shorts;
** Photographing tourist attractions and travellers;
** Travelling to Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia for shoots;
** Working with photo and video materials, including selection, processing, and editing;
** Selecting soundtracks for videos;
** Writing copy for posts, stories, and promotional content;
** Formatting and publishing content;
** Contributing ideas for promotion and audience growth.
Requirements:
** Applicants must be Georgian citizens living in Tbilisi;
** Experience in SMM or content creation;
** Photography and videography skills;
** Proficiency in editing software;
** Basic photo editing skills, including cropping, lighting, and colour correction in graphic editors;
** Strong written English;
** Creativity, initiative, and an interest in travel;
** Ability to work independently and suggest ideas.
Would be a plus:
** Experience promoting tourism-related projects;
** Understanding of social media algorithms and trends;
** Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini;
** A degree in Philology or Journalism.
