What awaits you:
** Providing technical support to internal users as part of 1st and 2nd level support
** Handling requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations
** Setting up, configuring, and maintaining workstations and software for employees
** Preparing devices and accounts for new joiners and supporting employees during onboarding
** Managing user access, accounts, and permissions across company tools
** Maintaining documentation for processes, guidelines, and support cases
** Contributing to improvements in internal workflows, tools, and IT procedures
** Collaborating with the team to ensure a reliable and efficient IT environment
What we expect from you:
** Personal Background: You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training. You bring relevant practical experience working as a system administrator, especially in user support across 1st and 2nd level.
** Quality Mindset: You approach tasks with a service‑ and solution‑oriented attitude. You work reliably, take responsibility, and maintain a high standard of quality when supporting users, resolving issues, and managing systems.
** Tech Know‑how: You have hands‑on experience with Windows and macOS environments, as well as Microsoft 365 administration. Initial experience with Linux client systems is an advantage. You are comfortable working with common support tools and enjoy improving internal processes and workflows.
** Enthusiasm: you enjoy working collaboratively in a team and contribute actively to a positive, supportive IT environment. You are proactive, structured, and motivated to help colleagues by ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.
** Let`s Talk: You have good written and spoken English skills. Basic German is an advantage.
