We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.
We are currently looking for a Security Supervisor in Tbilisi who will support the Security Manager in overseeing daily security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of guests, employees, and hotel assets.
Key responsibilities of the Security Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
** Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the security team, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws;
** Monitor and ensure security team members are present at assigned posts and maintain effective coverage of all hotel areas, including public spaces, guest rooms, offices, and service areas;
** Conduct regular patrols to identify safety hazards, fire risks, suspicious activities, and malfunctioning security equipment;
** Lead daily briefings (line-ups) prior to each shift, ensuring team members are informed about operational updates and responsibilities;
** Record and report all security incidents accurately in logbooks and prepare initial investigation reports as required;
** Respond promptly and professionally to guest and employee inquiries, complaints, and emergency situations, ensuring satisfactory resolution;
** Assist in investigations related to accidents, incidents, and security breaches involving guests or employees;
** Ensure all emergency exits are accessible and support evacuation procedures and emergency response activities when required;
** Monitor access control procedures;
** Maintain high standards of discipline, grooming, and performance among security personnel, providing guidance and motivation as needed;
** Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and occupational safety standards and regulations;
** Support the Security Manager in administrative and operational tasks, including inventory checks and interdepartmental coordination;
** Promote a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and hotel assets at all times;
Qualifications:
** Previous experience in a Security Supervisor or similar role, preferably in hospitality;
** Strong knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures;
** Leadership and team management skills;
** Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
** Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally;
** Fluency in Georgian; English language skills are preferred;
** Basic computer skills (incident reporting, logbooks, etc.);
** Knowledge of local security regulations and compliance standards;
