Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven General Manager (Head of Sales & Operations) who will:

** Build and scale a high-performing sales team
** Take full responsibility for company growth and financial results
** Operate both strategically and hands-on

Key Responsibilities:

** Lead overall company operations and strategic development
** Build, manage, and motivate the sales team
** Define and track sales KPIs and ensure performance targets are met
** Develop and execute B2B sales strategies
** Actively acquire new clients and close high-value deals
** Oversee ongoing projects and improve operational efficiency
** Plan and manage financial performance with a focus on profitability
** Maintain and strengthen relationships with international partners

KPIs (Performance Metrics):

** Sales growth rate
** Number of new B2B clients
** Volume of closed deals
** Team performance and target achievement
** Net profit growth

Requirements:

** Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role (General Manager / Director level)
** Proven experience in managing sales teams
** Strong background in B2B sales (mandatory)
** Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
** Strategic thinking and business development mindset
** Financial planning and analytical skills
** High sense of responsibility and results orientation
