About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and responding to guest inquiries across multiple channels. You will provide accurate, timely information about our services and offerings, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest.

You will play a key role in addressing guest needs, resolving concerns efficiently, and guiding guests through any questions they may have. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

** Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat
** Provide detailed information about services, prices and policies
** Identify guest needs and assist them in using available services and features
** Handle and resolve consumer complaints professionally and efficiently
** Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
** Transfer and communicate guest feedback and information to appropriate teams
** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Training

All Customer Support Specialists will receive professional training prior to starting their role within the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
** Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
** Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is preferred
** Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
** Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
** Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Working Hours & Salary:

** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00
** Salary: 1200-1500 GEL (depending on experience)
