Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site, based in Tbilisi role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving hotel sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue goals. This role also includes tracking market trends, negotiating contracts, and preparing monthly sales reports to support business objectives.

Requirements:

** Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel sales and Opera PMS
** Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
** Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitors
** Proficiency in Georgian and English; additional languages are an advantage
** Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

** Actively promote and sell the hotel`s services and products
** Identify, attract, and retain corporate clients, agencies, groups, and event business
** Develop and implement sales plans, ensuring achievement of targets
** Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities
** Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with clients and partners
** Build and maintain long-term client relationships
** Collaborate closely with the sales and reservations teams
** Prepare and deliver professional commercial proposals and presentations
