Efes Georgia is pleased to announce a vacancy for the following position: TAX Supervisor.
Job Location: Village Natakhtari / Tbilisi
Main Responsibilities:
** Ensuring full compliance with local tax laws, audit, and HQ requirements by overseeing preparation, accuracy, and timely submission of all tax returns and declarations.
** Strengthening tax governance by developing, implementing, and maintaining tax policies, procedures, and internal controls.
** Preparing tax declarations, (RS, Statistic, Environment), compare with the system and upload the declaration on the relevant portals. Ensuring the proper execution of tax policies and procedures.
** Establishing transfer pricing controls and ensuring supported documentation for tax investigations.
** Being key contact at tax investigations, tax studies by Headquarters, preparing required documents and ensuring efficient communication with tax authorities, tax auditors and headquarters.
** During month-closing periods, realizing all tax controls.
** Minimize tax risks and optimize tax positions by proactively identifying and resolving potential compliance issues.
Knowledge & Qualification:
** Bachelor`s degree in management direction, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or other related fields (MBA is a plus).
** At least 5 years` experience of working in the Taxation field.
** Experience of working in FMCG / Beverages` sector is a plus.
** Problem solving ability and highly analytical thinking.
** Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
