Currently FCC is looking for Product & Packaging Development Executive in CC Marketing providing for our contracted company Philip Morris Georgia (PMG) an affiliate of Philip Morris International Inc. - The world`s leading international tobacco company.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Product & Packaging Development Executive to manage end‑to‑end product and packaging initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate project workflows, ensure timely execution, and act as a central point of communication among internal teams and external partners. You will support the full lifecycle of product and packaging projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
** Coordinate product and packaging projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring all milestones are met.
** Take full ownership of assigned initiatives, ensuring on‑time delivery and alignment with business priorities.
** Closely follow project stages and proactively address obstacles to keep timelines on track.
** Support product and packaging development in accordance with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
** Maintain strong attention to detail across all project workflows and documentation.
** Analyze forecasts and manage demand based on project timelines and product needs.
** Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
** Serve as a central knowledge hub for product and packaging processes, acting as a communication connector across teams.
Requirements:
** Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
** Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or product development involving project management responsibilities.
** Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration capabilities.
** Ability to work with data and apply analytical thinking.
** Fluent English language skills.
** Strong command of Excel and digital tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Skills:
** Result‑driven self‑organized, data‑oriented, strong project management mindset, reliable with deadlines.
** Detail‑oriented: strong analytical skills and accuracy in execution.
