About Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences
Our team is developing the largest unique real estate project in Tbilisi, with no analogs in the Caucasus region. The project covers 331 hectares of land and can host 10, 000 residents. It includes exclusive land plots and premium apartments with spectacular views from a bird`s-eye perspective, as well as an 18-hole European Top100 golf course and a fine-dining restaurant. The complex will include a wide range of recreational and leisure facilities, a 5-star brand hotel, and a sports & wellness club.

About the Role:
ONO at Hills Restaurant is a franchise of the esteemed ONO Restaurant brand, renowned for its design-driven and quality-focused approach to dining. Situated within the luxurious Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and disciplined Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing team performance, optimizing the guest experience, and achieving financial targets, all while adhering to the high standards of the ONO franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
** Daily Operations: Ensure seamless operations both in the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).
** Service Standards: Maintain service standards as per the ONO brand guidelines.
** Procedures Management: Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure shift quality.
** Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest feedback and complaints effectively.
** Team Leadership: Lead, train, and evaluate staff performance; ensure proper onboarding and training.
** Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, labor cost, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
** Inventory Control: Manage inventory, suppliers, and stock usage efficiently.
** Franchise Compliance: Ensure compliance with franchise requirements and maintain brand consistency.
** Audits and Inspections: Prepare the restaurant for audits and inspections.
** Event Management: Organize events and manage high-load service days
Requirements:
** Experience: 3-5 years as a Restaurant Manager.
** Skills: Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
** Financial Acumen: Understanding of restaurant financials and KPIs.
** SOPs Expertise: Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and brand standards.
** Languages: Fluent in Georgian, English, and Russian.
Personal Attributes: High level of discipline, responsibility, and ownership.
