LPP Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) oversees the commercial and operational performance of retail stores within the assigned region, ensuring sales targets are achieved and company standards are maintained. The role focuses on implementing brand policies, leading and developing store teams, and supporting both existing stores and new openings. The RSM also ensures regional operations align with HQ strategies while maintaining efficiency, compliance, and productivity.
Main Responsibilities:
** Regularly visit stores within the assigned region to evaluate performance, support Store Managers, motivate teams, and implement corrective actions when needed.
** Take responsibility for achieving regional commercial targets by monitoring sales results, analyzing key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
** Ensure the effective implementation of commercial and brand policies while maintaining high standards of customer service, store image, and visual merchandising.
** Build, lead, and develop a strong retail team across the region, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Store Managers and store staff.
** Set development goals for teams, evaluate employee performance, and implement improvement and development plans where necessary.
** Manage and control regional operational costs and budgets while ensuring efficient staffing levels and cost optimization in line with company policies.
** Supervise the execution of marketing activities and ensure store readiness for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
** Monitor inventory levels and support corrective actions to ensure optimal stock availability and store performance.
** Coordinate and oversee store openings, closures, and renovation projects within the region.
** Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, labor laws, and internal operational standards.
** Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Visual Merchandising, Marketing, HR, and Logistics, as well as external partners when required.
** Prepare reports, analyze regional performance, present insights to management, and propose operational improvements.
** Plan store visit schedules, assign weekly priorities to Store Managers, and ensure effective execution of operational tasks.
** Participate in company training programs and events and represent the company externally when necessary.
** Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the company`s ethical standards.
** Perform other duties as assigned by the employer.
Required qualifications and competencies:
** 2-5 years of experience in retail management or regional retail operations.
** Proven ability to lead teams and achieve commercial targets.
** Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales analysis, and operational standards.
** Communicative level of English (minimum B2).
** Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high cultural awareness.
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital sales tools.
** Valid Category B driver`s license.
** Willingness and availability for frequent business travel.

Work Place: 10 M. Asatiani str, Tbilisi
Work Schedule: Full Time, 5 working days per week
