We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join the pre-opening team. This role will support the HR department in administrative and operational processes, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with Georgian labor legislation.
Key responsibilities of the HR Specialist include, but are not limited to:
** Supporting daily HR administrative operations and maintaining accurate employee records;
** Preparing and managing HR documentation, including employment contracts, orders, and internal HR correspondence;
** Assisting Head of HR with the development, implementation and update of HR policies and SOPs;
** Coordinating employee work schedules and monitoring attendance, leaves, and other time-off records;
** Supporting recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination;
** Ensuring employee files and HR documentation are maintained in accordance with company policies and legal requirements;
** Assisting in onboarding and orientation processes for new employees;
** Supporting compliance with the Georgian Labor Code and internal HR procedures;
** Preparing HR reports and supporting HR data management;
** Supporting HR system administration and maintaining HR data in relevant systems;
** Communicating with employees regarding HR-related inquiries and providing administrative support to department managers;
Qualifications:
** At least 2-3 years of work experience in HR administration or HR Specialist roles, preferably in the hospitality industry;
** Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field;
** Strong knowledge of the Georgian Labor Code;
** Experience with employee scheduling and HR administration;
** Fluency in Georgian and English languages;
** Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SelfHR will be considered an advantage;
