A management consulting firm, based in Tbilisi and with many years of experience in Georgia, is preparing to launch a series of performance improvement projects for medium and large private sector companies.
As one of the oldest and most reputable consulting firms in Georgia, we are expanding our team and seeking Performance Improvement Consultants to work alongside us on upcoming projects. This typically will be independent-consultant type work.
POSITIONS: SENIOR, MID-LEVEL AND JUNIOR PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANTS
We seek three types of candidates: 1) junior (one year of experience), mid-level (two to three years of experience) and senior (able to lead a small team in a single functional area).
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The selected consultants will be involved in performance improvement initiatives across various functional areas of business. Projects may include operational optimization, process improvement, organizational performance enhancement and overall business efficiency and effectiveness improvement.
At this time we are unable to reveal the clients or the functional areas, and in fact have intentionally obfuscated our own identify for this announcement. More information will be revealed to those we invite to interviews.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
** Consultants with experience in performance improvement and business optimization
** Professionals from most functional areas of business
** Generalists with performance improvement experience are welcome
** Junior to senior consultants are welcome
** Deep experience is welcome but not required
** Ability to work in both Georgian and English.
We value analytical thinking, strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within project teams.
Consultants need to be able to work in both Georgian and English. Although we have our standard way of doing work of this type, one of our goals is to merge your experience and knowledge with our way of doing things to produce a result that is truly the best of both.
