English Speaking Sales Manager
Elite Factor Group is growing, and we`re looking for a high-quality, relationship-driven, and results-oriented sales professional to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, earning trust, and building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing deals, and acting as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand how our solutions can address their business challenges and deliver measurable results.

Elite Factor Group Inc is a Canadian Freight Invoice Factoring company. Our fast-growing team helps small to mid-sized carriers move faster, think smarter, and grow stronger by factoring their accounts receivable and providing reliable cash flow solutions tailored to the transportation industry.
What You`ll Do:
** Work with cold and warm leads, primarily through outbound phone calls
** Identify and engage potential clients through outbound and inbound leads
** Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and goals
** Clearly explain our solutions and guide clients through onboarding
** Build long‑term, professional client relationships
** Follow up consistently and professionally (Via phone & Emails)
** Track activity and client progress (CRM experience is a plus)
** Collaborate with leadership to improve sales messaging and approach
Who We`re Looking For:
** Fluent in English (verbal, written, and reading proficiency)
** Post secondary education (Marketing and sales, business development, business administration)
** Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or financial services, investments, fundraising, door‑to‑door, or B2B is a plus
** Confident communicator with strong listening skills
** Professional persistence without being aggressive
** Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
** Organized, reliable, and self‑motivated
** Values ethical, consultative sales over pressure tactics
** This role requires you to have a designated, professional work-from-home setup with a suitable workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
Compensation & Incentives
Base pay: 2000 - 2500 GEL (Based on your experience)
Sales and client onboarding bonuses
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 18:00 until 12:00 Georgian time (Evening shifts)
