At TNET we are looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to join our team!
Location: Tbilisi, Nutsubidze 129a
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
** Support the design, development, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
** Assist in deploying, configuring, and managing AWS services using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform under the guidance of senior engineers.
** Help implement and maintain monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Zabbix.
** Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the development lifecycle and ensure smooth delivery workflows.
** Contribute to enforcing security best practices across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
** Troubleshoot common infrastructure and application issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
** Participate in the automation and optimization of deployment and release processes.
** Contribute to researching and piloting new tools and technologies that can improve operational efficiency.
** Work with Docker and assist in managing Kubernetes clusters in development and testing environments.
** Keep up with evolving DevOps tools and trends to support ongoing improvements in team practices.
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a related role.
** Good knowledge of Docker and basic experience with Kubernetes.
** Hands-on experience with AWS and familiarity with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
** Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with GitLab CI/CD or equivalent.
** Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix.
** Some experience with log aggregation and analysis tools (e.g., Loki, Graylog).
** Scripting ability in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
** Working knowledge of Linux-based systems (Ubuntu, RedHat).
** Basic understanding of security principles in DevOps environments.
Soft Skills:
** Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
** Good communication and collaboration abilities.
** Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
