We are a fast-growing technology company operating in the iGaming space, providing cutting-edge solutions to leading online gaming operators worldwide.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team on a part-time basis and take ownership of a single web-based product. This role is focused on continuous product improvement, user experience optimization and design quality across the platform.
You will work closely with the developer to achieve intuitive, user-centered design solutions. This is a great opportunity for a senior designer who enjoys deep product ownership and will be able to freely bring creative ideas to life, experiment with different approaches and directly shape and improve the product through thoughtful, impactful design decisions.
As we are an international company, this role requires daily collaboration and communication in English with team members across different locations.
Responsibilities:
** Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for a single web platform
** Improve and evolve existing user flows, interfaces and overall usability
** Conduct user research, analyze insights and turn findings into actionable design solutions
** Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
** Ensure design consistency and maintain a scalable design system
** Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure smooth implementation
** Validate design decisions through usability testing and iteration
** Advocate for best UX practices and a user-first mindset across the product
Requirements:
** Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer working on web platforms
** Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills
** Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards
** Experience designing complex product interfaces and improving them
** Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma or similar)
** Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage priorities effectively
** Experience working in cross-functional product teams
** Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international work environment.
