CITYZEN Central Park is a large-scale complex located in the Vake-Saburtalo area, at the intersection of Tamarashvili and University Streets. The complex consists of four residential blocks and a business center. Construction of the residential blocks is scheduled to be completed in December 2026.
Cityzen is seeking a Junior Sales Manager to join its team.
Main Responsibilities:
** Answer incoming phone calls
** Initiate outgoing phone calls
** Provide comprehensive consultation to customers
** Deliver project-related information to potential client via phone, email, remote communication or in -person meeting
** Assist customers in selecting suitable apartment
** Support and guide customers through the decision-making process
** Register interested clients in the CRM System and add relevant comments
** Perform various tasks assigned direct supervisor
Qualification Requirements:
** Higher education
** Working experience in a brokerage or real estate company will be considered an advantage;
** Full proficiency in Russian language
** Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
