Positions: Guest Experience Specialist
Be the face of Outlet Village — supporting guests at the information desk and across the Village.
What You`ll Do:
** Welcome and orient guests at info desk (map, events, services).
** Answer inquiries on shops, restaurants, and facilities.
** Provide mobile support across Village (directions, translation, feedback).
** Assist with accessibility and incident handling.
** Collect insights, prepare reports, and maintain FAQs.
** Online support + chats
What We`re Looking For:
** 2+ years in service; tourism/retail preferred.
** Georgian (mandatory), English B1+, other languages preferred.
** Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management.
** MS Office & POS knowledge; mobile apps familiarity.
