What will you do:
** Design, plan, and execute the roadmap for the team, focusing on introducing new ways to improve application performance.
** Participate in and lead the design of complex features across the platform.
** Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
** Collaborate with team members on technological and architectural topics to drive engineering excellence.
What you should have:
** 6+ years of experience as a Java Engineer, specializing in the Spring Framework.
** 2+ years of practical hands-on experience in developing and researching algorithms.
** Experience working with Relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
** Experience designing and architecting large, scalable cloud-based applications.
** Experience working with Microservice architecture and event-based systems.
** Strong mathematical background.
** Outstanding drive and communication skills.
** Organizational and time-management skills.
Nice to Have:
** Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP).
** Experience with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes technologies.
** BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
