We are looking for a Restaurant Waiter/Waitress, who will be the secret to an outstanding experience and who will take pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally inspired Food & beverage experience, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. When you shine, our guests will look forward to relaxing with you.
Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
** Sharing your full knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, beverage lists, and specialty items with our guests, providing excellent service;
** Taking and placing guest orders, delivering food and drink items, and clearing dishes from tables to maintain a clean and organized dining room;
** Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all stations
** Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
** Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Requirements:
** Previous food and beverage service preferred;
** Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times;
** Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities;
** Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team;
** Good command of Georgian and English languages.
