The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Tbilisi. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technology and our restaurant partners. You aren`t just answering emails; you are building the foundation for our customers` success.
You will handle the full lifecycle of the customer experience, from configuring their accounts during onboarding to providing day-to-day support once they are live. This is a hands-on, operational role that requires a mix of keen attention to detail and genuine empathy for our customers.
Responsibilities:
** Lead the Onboarding: Manage the entire customer setup process to ensure new clients are correctly configured and ready for a successful launch.
** Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of accuracy across all client accounts to ensure a flawless user experience.
** Ongoing Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, handling requests and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction.
** Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly to ensure business continuity for our clients.
** Customer Partnership: Proactively collaborate with clients to ensure they are fully utilizing our platform to achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
** Education: A Bachelor`s degree is required for this role.
** Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or a similar support role.
** Shift Availability: You must be available to work rotational shifts, which may include evenings, nights, and weekends to support our international customers.
** Industry Advantage: Stepping from Wolt (or similar platforms) to ninito is a big benefit. You will have a great start here, as you already possess a deep understanding of our industry, menu structures, and restaurant logistics. This knowledge gives you a significant edge in our professional environment.
** Communication: Fluent in English (C1 level or higher) with excellent written communication skills.
** Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable learning new software quickly. You don`t need to be a programmer, but you should be the person your friends ask for computer help.
** Location: Based in Tbilisi and ready to work on-site.
